Woodland update

I had a quick look at my feeding station again today all the usual species where there but I noticed that the Long Tailed Tits are nest building close by. Seems very early, maybe it's all this great weather we've been having.

This Long Tailed Tit is one of a pair that is nesting

This Great Tit was standing proud.

The Chaffinch's feed on the ground rather than on the feeders.

These little characters always pose well

And finally the Nuthatch were chasing each other about, would be nice to get them both together.

Bitterns and Barn Owls

Had a great day with this Bittern at a place called Beeston Regis loads of photographers where there as it is quite rare a Bittern poses so well in the open. Then one to Salthouse for some Snow Buntings then in the afternoon I went out looking for Barn Owls, which I found in some usual haunts.
